Rhonda SG Yup! I'm getting ready to submit the paperwork but the cost is kinda setting me back right now. For the past few months, I did suffer a temporary decrease in income because of spending weekeds off with my fireman (who's now my ex btw) and for taking sick leave and thus missing out on penalty rate payments. Things are thankfully back to normal now so the situation will be improving. So, yeah... PC. Broadband is kinda not cheap here and buying a PC will mean I'll have to finally : - buy that nice, deluxe office chair I've always wanted; - deal with tabletop space problem AGAIN; - be prepared to deal with hardware / software faults, connection problems, etc (and help here is NOT cheap, nor easy to get, unfortunately!) ; - have extra costs in my monthly budget with the broadband service; and - finally decide WHICH PC to purchase! So, yeah... not THAT easy a task afterall!
Rhonda SG God! As if Singaporeans need any more help to become more shallow! Anyways, I'm glad I'm outta that place cause over here, at least people are more centered and you don't get judged on appearances alone. The pressure to succumb to the norm is also not felt. I feel so free!
